Structural and highway projects, executed with our own resources.

NIPL executes a defined scope of work on highway, bridge and infrastructure projects, for main contractors, government departments and private project owners. Our strongest work is in foundations and bridge structures, supported by the highway and protection works around them.

Scope is agreed project by project. The lists above describe the kind of work NIPL takes on. What we execute on a given project, and on what terms, is agreed with you after reviewing the drawings, BOQ and specifications.

04 How we work with you

A clearly defined scope, delivered with our own people and plant.

We work under main contractors on back-to-back or subcontract terms, and directly for government departments and private project owners. In every case the scope is agreed up front and delivered with our own people, plant and supervision.

  • NIPL Our own engineers, operators, plant and formwork on every engagement
  • Main contractors & EPC companies Back-to-back or subcontract execution of a defined scope on a contract you hold
  • Government departments Bridge, highway and civil works built to approved drawings and MoRTH specifications
  • Private & industrial owners Structures, roads and site civil works for large private and industrial projects
  1. 01

    Scope & terms

We review drawings, BOQ and specifications, then agree scope, rates and terms that fit your contract and programme.

  2. 02

    Mobilisation

Engineers, operators, plant and formwork come from our own inventory, with empanelled specialists where the work needs them.

  3. 03

    Execution

Work is built to approved drawings and the project quality plan, with our own survey and site testing.

  4. 04

    Measurement & billing

Joint measurements and records are kept to support running bills and certification.

  5. 05

    Completion

Snag closure, documentation and handover support until the work is signed off.

Back-to-back execution

Under a main contractor, NIPL executes the agreed scope on terms aligned to the main contract, bringing engineers, operators, plant and formwork.

Direct contracts and client-supplied materials

NIPL can contract directly with the project owner, or work on an execution basis where the client supplies materials and NIPL provides supervision and resources.

Mobilisation, planned per project

Equipment strategy and mobilisation depend on site distance, duration, project size and economics. We plan these with you rather than quote a fixed timeline.

05 Why clients choose NIPL

What you get with NIPL on your project.

  • 01

    Senior oversight on site

A founder who has managed NHAI, World Bank and ADB-funded highway work stays involved in planning and execution.

  • 02

    Structures specialists

Well foundations and a pre-stressed river bridge delivered, and a railway over bridge under construction: the elements that usually decide a programme.

  • 03

    Own formwork

238 well shuttering units, 600 shuttering plates and I-girder moulds, so formwork does not have to be fabricated or hired for each project.

  • 04

    In-house survey and lab

Two total stations, three auto levels and two sets of MoRTH lab equipment for setting out and site testing.

  • 05

    Ready to work across states

Experience in four states, with project offices already set up in Uttar Pradesh and Chhattisgarh.

  • 06

    Flexible scope

From a single structural element to a full bridge project, on back-to-back or subcontract terms, directly for the client, or with materials supplied by the client.
